Terms and Conditions
All goods remain the property of Crown Display Limited until full payment has been met.
Delivery dates for goods, though given in good faith, are estimates only and are subject to the relevant stock being available. We accept no responsibility and the purchaser has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date.
Despite our intention to supply at prices shown on this website, all products shown can be subject to change.
All bespoke joinery items are non returnable, all other goods are to be returned only with our prior consent and charged at cost to the customer plus a 30% handling charge.
Any damages, shortages, problems must be reported to Crown Display Ltd by 11am the day following delivery. Failure to report under this term will result in no obligation to the seller.
Our liability in respect of damaged/delayed goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding vat) and our liability shall not extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage.All product sizes given are approximate. The seller holds no responsibility for goods supplied not meeting customers `exact` requirement.
If buyer fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give seller adequate delivery instruction that results in third party costs to the seller, the buyer without prejudice can be held responsible for recovery of such costs.
All goods signed for by the customer indicates acceptance of the goods under our terms & conditions. `Not checked` or `Signed damaged` or similar written on delivery documents, will not indicate seller responsibility.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis - customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. The seller is in no way responsible for any help or advice that the customer feels later is incorrect or dissatisfied.
Force Majeure - Crown Display Ltd will not be liable for default resulting from factors beyond their reasonable control.
