Refund policy

 

At Crown Display we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with any of the products that you receive, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. (Please see details of what we are unable to refund or exchange below).

The item(s) must arrive at our offices in their original condition, including the packaging, and the return delivery cost must be paid for by the buyer. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for the returned items as Crown Display can’t be held liable for returns which are not received once they have been returned to us.

Once the item(s) have been received back at Crown Display and we have confirmed that they are in perfect condition and ready for re-sale, we will refund the cost of the item, less a 25% re-stocking charge. Transport, packaging/delivery charges will not be refunded. Refunds are made on the same card or bank accounts that was used to make the purchase.

Orders where we have arranged services and ordered goods in to fullfill which were later cancelled could be refunded at our discretion due a refund minus the 25% restocking charge with a possible additional claim for loss of profit.

 

What we are unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on specially ordered, bespoke or customised products. These products include slatwall panels, retail modular shelving, shop counters, display units and greeting card units made to your specification.
