SIGN FITTINGS AND STANDOFFS

For smaller items we are able to offer optional delivery services. 

Orders received by 12 noon are usually sent out the same day on a 24 hour delivery service, arriving the following day - £9.50

For urgent orders we are able to offer the following delivery upgrades:

Next Day (AM) £14.50

Next Day (BEFORE 10AM) £18.50

If you wish to use one of the upgraded delivery options, please select at the checkout.

 

SHOP FITTINGS

Our shop fittings are available to order online and some goods can be collected from our Bristol showroom, but please call us first to ensure we carry your requested product. For all online orders we use external carriers and although we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery we will always do our best to work around your deadlines.

Please make sure that on any confirmed delivery date a person is available to accept the goods as re-delivery will usually mean an additional charge. With all slatwall panel deliveries please note that it is the customer's responsibility to offload all goods.

Lead Times

Standard lead times are as follows:-

Slatwall Panels 1-3 days; Slatwall Accessories 1-2 days; Card Units, Counters and Display Units items 5-10 working days; Garment Displays 1-2 days; Shelving 1-3 days.

We can offer a next day delivery service with slatwall for a small additional charge if ordered before 10am, however please call us to arrange this. Slatwall accessories and garment rails can usually be dispatched for next day delivery if ordered before 10am at no additional cost.

Carriage Charges

Carriage is always charged at cost or less usually. We can delivery to any UK destination including Highlands and Islands which may cost a little more so please call to check if unsure.  If you are in the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, or ZE postcode area, please contact us for a delivery quotation prior to placing to your order. 

We also deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland so please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Slatwall panel delivery charges are calculated according to quantity and postcode area. These charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process. 

Card Units, Counters and Display Units have a flat rate £75.00 delivery charge

There is a flat rate carriage of £19.50 for garment displays, Easyfit wall battens, retail shelving and slatwall accessories. However there is no additional charge of r shelving and slatwall accessories when ordered at the same time as shelving or slatwall. 

Shelving carriage prices are a flat rate of £65.

All carriage charges are plus VAT.
